Arne Sell is a consultant for data driven decision making and organizational development and has been with RSM Ebner Stolz since 2016. He specializes in Business Analytics solutions for advanced management controlling and process- and organizational optimization. He graduated as Master in Management (M.Sc.) from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and holds a certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning from MIT. RSM Ebner Stolz is a multidisciplinary auditing and consulting company with over 2,400 employees throughout Germany.

Ann-Kathrin is Director at PwC in the Tax Reporting & Strategy network giving advice on tax accounting and tax technology. Her main focus is design and implement of tax concepts based on the AMANA Tax Suite with all modules. Together with PwC´s tax technical team she gives advice in regard of Pillar 2 reporting and compliance at multinational clients.

Benjamin has been a dedicated team member at LucaNet for more than five years, bringing extensive experience to the company. He holds dual Master's degrees in International Tourism Management from Worms and Economics and Management from Rezeknes, Latvia. Benjamin began his journey at LucaNet in 2019 as an International Consultant, where he successfully led numerous international projects.

Currently, he is an integral part of the Professional Services Enablement team, responsible for the global enablement of customers, partners and LucaNet employees.

Catalina a XBRL Consultant in a multidimensional XBRL consulting team that handles support, consulting, and sales at Amana. She has experience in the XBRL legal framework and now specializes in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

Catalina works closely with developers to include in the XBRL solutions the customer's point of view and the needs of the XBRL market. She also has experience supporting several key customers, listed companies, auditing companies and partners with XBRL and project management.

Catalina is the chair of the Implementation Awareness Task Force Working Group of XBRL International and Represents AMANA in the XBRL world by participating in several International, European, and German Working Groups. Catalina is a lawyer with an LL.M. in German law and an XBRL expert.

Claus Jochimsen has been advising on national and international tax law for over 20 years. His clients include in particular large and medium-sized German and foreign companies and partnerships.

He specializes in national and international tax planning (inbound and outbound investments) with regard to corporate income tax and trade tax as well as cross-border restructurings and M&A

Christian is Director at PwC in the Tax Reporting & Strategy network giving advice on tax accounting and tax technology. He leads the German GTC practice and has implemented a number of GTC Tax Suite projects. With his large expertise in Tax Accounting he combines experience on tax accounting and tax technology solutions.

I have been working as an auditor and CPA for over 15 years and specialize in SME-shaped world market leaders. My expertise lies in audit-related consulting and audits. As Head of Sustainability Services, I support clients in sustainability reporting and sustainable transformation. Thanks to my many years of experience in the introduction and optimization of corporate reporting, I support them on their path to a sustainable future. Christian Pätzold began his career in auditing and subsequently gained experience at a listed internet group and in management consulting. He has been working for Moore TK and Andersen Tax in Berlin since 2018 and is the partner responsible for corporate consulting. His main areas of expertise are corporate performance management consulting, ESG reporting in accordance with CSRD and SFDR as well as risk management consulting. He also has extensive experience in supporting post-merger and financial transformation projects. 

Christian Friske works as a technical consultant in the "CFO Advisory" team and focuses on the technical implementation of LucaNet and setting up interfaces to financial accounting systems. He also develops technical solutions for projects and provides support for customers of RSM Ebner Stolz. He worked at LucaNet AG since 2014 and has been with RSM Ebner Stolz since 2022.

Christoph Haller is a founding partner of the management consultancy Impacta GmbH and has been its Managing Director since 2023. Previously, he was co-owner of the industrially focused private equity company CGS since 2010, where he was appointed Managing Partner and CFO in 2012. He retired from operational activities at the beginning of 2023 and now he works as an independent board member and freelance consultant. Before joining CGS, he worked for 17 years in various management positions for the Holcim Group, the global market leader in the building materials sector.

He has broad and long-standing experience as an executive in various finance and controlling functions and has accompanied a large number of M&A transactions and integrations in a leading position. His comprehensive understanding of the core and support processes of industrial companies makes him a competent and creative counterpart for the managers of such companies.

Christoph Haller holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Controlling from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW). He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Christoph is a Director in the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services team at PwC in Frankfurt and Certified Auditor. He has been with PwC for more than 10 years and is responsible for Accounting Advisory and the audit of national and international companies regarding financial and non-financial information across all industries. ​

Christoph has extensive knowledge and experience in corporate reporting, in CSRD and EU Taxonomy implementation integration into group reporting, and implementation of reporting tools.​

Daniel Kühlenthal is an auditor and expert in accounting consulting. He heads the LucaNet Center of Excellence at KPMG, which he himself set up 5 years ago. The idea behind the LucaNet Center of Excellence is to combine KPMG's consulting expertise with LucaNet's technical solutions and thus create added value for the joint customers.

During his career at KPMG, Daniel has worked on several major IPOs, carve-outs and post-merger integrations.

Daniel is Head of Tax Technology at RSM Ebner Stolz. For more than 12 years, he has been assisting multinational companies in digitally transforming their tax and finance functions. He has extensive experience in a wide range of technologies and tax tools. His work primarily focuses on optimizing and automating tax processes, along with developing and

implementing tax tools, and providing tax data conversion and analysis services for clients. Before joining RSM Ebner Stolz in 2021 he worked for EY in the Tax Technology & Transformation service line for several years. Dr. Daniel Zöller, certified tax advisor, is a partner at RSM Ebner Stolz in Stuttgart. His main areas of activity focus on advising multinational groups in the middle market, particularly in ​​the field of Global Minimum Tax (Pillar II), intra-group reorganizations and exit taxation. After completing his doctorate in financial sciences at the Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg, he worked for several years in the policy department of a Big Four firm. He is the author of numerous specialist publications, a regular speaker at lecture events, and a member of the Tax Law Committee of the Stuttgart Chamber of Tax Consultants. David joined Minova Global in July 2023 in Minova’s newly established Denver, Colorado Group Headquarters as Head of Controlling and Business Performance reporting where he is responsible for financial planning and analysis as well as management and IFRS reporting. Prior to joining Minova, David spent 24 years in the mining sector with 4 years as VP Finance at SSR Mining and 20 years in progressively responsible financial positions at Rio Tinto PLC.  David started his career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen in Los Angeles.  David holds a CPA license from the state of California and graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

David is a Senior Manager at greenfield and has many years of experience in VAT law. As an expert in VAT and tax technology, he previously worked at EY, Flick Gocke Schaumburg, and as Manager of the RegTech Center at Taxdoo. A regular contributor to leading German tax journals, he provides insight into digital business models and VAT in the Digital Age, focusing on electronic invoicing and real-time reporting. David advises DAX companies, SMEs, and tax technology providers on seamlessly integrating these evolving requirements. He holds lecture at the DHBW Karlsruhe for IT in Tax and Audit.

Dennis Baden has been advising on the digitalization of financial processes for over 8 years and worked as a consulting manager for a software provider before joining Consize. His expertise lies in the implementation of software solutions for consolidated financial statements, the associated planning and reporting.

After training as a legal and notary assistant, Elena Aubell studied economics at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. The field of Human Resources (HR) was already a focus for her during her studies.

After completing her studies, she worked in HR from 2005, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention as well as executive development and advisory. Before starting her work at LucaNet in 2017, she worked at well-known companies such as Rocket Internet SE and Amazon. At LucaNet, she targets the experience she has gained toward the areas of organizational development and strategy consulting as well as change management.

As LucaNet's COO, Elena Aubell is responsible for People, Organization, Legal/Compliance, and ESG.

After studying Business Administration in Ingolstadt (Germany) and Nice (France) with a specialization in International Management, Accounting & Controlling, Elias Apel spent more than a decade working in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Consulting. In 2018, he took on the responsibility of expanding the international partner channel for LucaNet and in 2020 for all international go-to-market activities in existing as well as new growth markets. Elias Apel joined the LucaNet board in May 2022 first as CFO and transitioned into the role of CEO in October 2023.

As LucaNet's CEO, Elias Apel is responsible for Strategy, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Development.

Esther Hüsing is a manager with over five years of experience with LucaNet software. She has successfully managed projects for LucaNet in Singapore, the UK and France and has built strong relationships with customers and partners.

After joining KPMG, she has worked on large IFRS conversions, carve-outs and LucaNet implementations, successfully contributing to more efficient month-end and year-end closing with LucaNet for her clients.

Falk is a German certified tax advisor with deep knowledge of Pillar 2. He has over 10 years of experience in advising clients on international tax law.

Felix is Director in the National Tax Office and the international tax practice of PwC. He has more than 8 years of experience in advising multinational companies in different tax matters, including tax planning as well as cross-border reorganizations and implementations of new tax law requirements. He established and leads PwC's P2 Expert Group in Germany and is part of the global P2 expert group within PwC.

Florian has been working in the field of audit-related consulting since 2005. In over 15 years of professional experience, he has worked as a consultant and project manager for various multinational companies in industry. Thanks to his many years of expertise and comprehensive know-how including in the field of IT and IT consulting, Florian has been responsible for further business area development at PKF IVT IT Solutions GmbH as an expert in Corporate Performance Management since 2018.

Florian can look back on a career at LucaNet spanning more than 12 years. After successfully completing his business administration studies in Erfurt and Berlin with a diploma and a master’s degree, he joined LucaNet as an implementation consultant in 2012. Since then, he has gained experience in customer projects of all industries and sizes, so you could say he knows the LucaNet software like the back of his hand.

With his tremendous passion for learning and teaching, Florian is happy to share his wealth of experience with others. As Manager in the Professional Services Enablement team, he oversees the global enablement of customers and partners as well as new LucaNet employees. Hanna Swarowsky began her professional career at a listed group that completed an IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 2021. There she most recently managed the preparation of non-financial reporting in accordance with the NFRD and advised the CFO and subsidiaries on all ESG issues. She studied business management with a focus on sustainability. She joined Moore TK in 2022 as Senior Manager, Head of ESG Advisory. Her areas of expertise include ESG reporting in accordance with the CSRD including implementation of software solutions as well as process and strategy consulting in the area of ESG

Hannes is a manager in the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services team at PwC in Hamburg. He has been working for many years in the area of consolidated financial statements and financial accounting processes and has accompanied several GAAP conversions and implementations of software solutions in this context.
Prior to PwC, Hannes worked for LucaNet as a consultant. In addition to implementation projects, he supported LucaNet in Singapore for 6 months during a start-up phase and looked after the new business processes and first customers there.

Holger joined AMANA Consulting in 2022 as Senior Developer for the XBRL products like Tagger and Auditor. Attractive user interfaces and easy-to-use software have always been a focus of his work. Holger is in active dialogue with customers to continuously improve the XBRL products. Before joining the team, he already had gained 25 years of experience as a software developer.

Janik Adrian has been working as a consultant specializing in CFO Advisory and Financial Services for Private Equity since 2018 and as a Principal at RSM Ebner Stolz Management Consultants in Frankfurt since 2023. After training as an industrial clerk, he worked as a branch controller in a large corporation from 2012 to 2018 and completed his Master's degree in Finance & Accounting at the same time. Janis Steinmann is the Head of XBRL in LucaNets Reporting, ESG and XBRL team.  Located in the greater Oslo region in Norway, Janis has more than a decade of experience with XBRL and other reporting solutions. He successfully carried out XBRL projects at major European banks, insurers, regulators and listed companies, enabling them to fulfill their reporting obligations.

Close cooperation with the customers’ accounting and reporting groups led to his deep insight into the needs and challenges of XBRL report creation and management. He is also the vice chair of XBRL Internationals Best Practices Board.

Jann-Luiken is Director at PwC in the Tax Reporting & Strategy network focusing on tax accounting, tax processes and tax technology. This includes advice to multinational groups in regard all aspects of the tax function of the future. He is member of the European Tax Accounting Leadership-Team and part of PwC´s finance transformation initiative.

Joris has more than 16 years of experience in the software industry, which he has proven in several roles as Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director. With a strong background in sales, product (marketing) management, go-to-market strategies, and value creation, he is experienced in leading global teams and delivering tangible results while driving growth and operational excellence. Joris has specialized in financial services, accounting, and business intelligence.

As LucaNet's CRO, Joris van Leeuwen is responsible for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Excellence.

Kai is a Director in the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services team at PwC in Essen. He joined PwC in 2012 and has over 17 years of experience in audit and Accounting Advisory Services. Kai works since many years in deals accounting with a specific focus on PE and Post-Merger Integration. Kai has broad experience with regard to the preparation and audit of financial statements, IFRS conversions and Closing Accounts.

After studying engineering at under graduate and post graduate levels Kevin worked as a software engineer at IBM and then Microsoft. At Microsoft he was a Technical Lead software engineer in Redmond, WA where he shipped several software products and was awarded 6 software design patents for his work. He went on to spend 10 years working for large investment banks building derivatives trading platforms before working for Fastmarkets as CTO and then Hg Capital as a Portfolio CTO. Kevin is experienced building world-class SaaS platforms from the ground up as well as transforming on-prem software to SaaS. He has extensive experience building and scaled high performing engineering teams deployed both on and near shore.

Kristopher Burmeister joined KPMG's Restructuring practice in January 2017. Prior to that, he served as the Financial Director of a subsidiary of Bitburger Group. During his time at KPMG, Kristopher worked on several turnaround & restructuring ("T&R")and planning implementation projects that helped him expand his expertise, particularly in the field of integrated financial planning with LucaNet. He currently leads the LucaNet competence team within the T&R department.

Lars Klevermann, business graduate and tax consultant, began his professional career in the International Reporting Group at PwC. As part of the foundation via MBO, he helped build the software provider AMANA Consulting GmbH into the market leader in the field of income tax software from 2011. Mr. Klevermann has been a partner in the Digital Partnering department at WTS since 2017. He supports his clients' tax departments in exploiting opportunities and overcoming challenges through the digitalization and automation of tax and tax-related end-to-end processes.

As Tax Expert for international tax matters Mara works on developing our Pillar 2 solution and assists our clients with a smooth implementation.

After studying business administration at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster, Martin started in 2015 at a large auditing and tax advising company in Düsseldorf in the Global Transfer Pricing Service department. As a certified tax advisor, Martin has advised clients on the implementation and optimization of transfer pricing processes. In 2023, Martin joined the WTS digital team with a special focus on AI solutions for tax departments.

Before joining Tengelmann, Melanie Naglschmidt worked for four years as a consultant and project manager for a software provider. She has been applying her experience in process optimization through software solutions, financial consolidation, planning and reporting at Tengelmann since 2021.

Moritz Mühlhausen is an International Tax Partner with PwC Düsseldorf. He focusses on advising large German outbound clients in special tax issues. He has led several Pillar 2 implementation projects for both listed and family-owned outbound clients. As Pillar 2 subject matter expert, he is part of PwCs Pillar 2 Expert Group.

Nina leads LucaNets XBRL consulting team and has extensive experience with XBRL and Disclosure Management projects. In the past decade she has worked on multiple regulatory projects, headed the creation and maintenance of XBRL taxonomies and led the efforts to enable and educate both customers and employees in the use of our tools and the intricacies of XBRL.

Nina also has led reporting projects at a multitude of major European listed companies and guided them to meet their reporting obligations on-time and on-quality.

Pablo Börner is an expert in the LucaNet software and has a total of 6 years of experience with it, including 2 years as a user and 4 years in implementation. As a consultant, Pablo has successfully completed projects with LucaNet software, including carve-outs, IFRS conversions and new implementations.

Prior to joining KPMG, he was part of LucaNet's international operations team and successfully implemented the software for clients in Spain, South and North America, France and the UK. Pablo was also Head of Accounting and Controller for the NAFTA region at a previous employer using LucaNet.

Patrick Sievering is a Senior Manager in the IS CMAAS (Capital Markets Accounting & Advisory Services) service area in Essen. He advises clients on the selection and implementation of disclosure management software, sustainability software, policy management software and process tracking software (SmartClose/Fastclose) as well as on the implementation of digital reporting formats such as ESEF, CSRD, SEC, the Digital Financial Report and many other formats based on XBRL, iXBRL, XML and other current standards. With more than 
12 years of project experience, he has extensive knowledge in the management of projects and provides industry and vendor-independent support in the optimization and automation along the entire reporting process chain, with a particular focus on the networking of systems and processes to optimize data flow and audit security. He is also responsible for the ESEF audit at PwC.

Paul Beckmann is a Senior XBRL Consultant at AMANA Consulting. In this role, he collaborates closely with European regulators, listed companies, auditing companies, major banks and insurance companies to ensure compliance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF), as well as other regulatory standards set by EBA, EIOPA, and similar bodies.

With a deep understanding of XBRL and taxonomies, Paul guides AMANA and its customers through the complexities of financial reporting and regulatory requirements. His expertise allows him to provide valuable guidance and solutions tailored to the specific needs of various stakeholders within the financial sector.

In addition to his responsibilities at AMANA, Paul serves as Co-Chair of the Taxonomy-Design Working Group of XBRL International, contributing to the development and refinement of global XBRL standards.

Patrick Dicks has over 9 years of project experience in the field of software-supported consolidation, financial planning, controlling and reporting. Before joining Consize GmbH, he was Manager and Team Lead Implementation Services at a German software provider, where he was responsible for the long-term support of new and existing customer projects.

As Director Product Philipp is responsible for the Disclosure Management and XBRL product areas. He launched the SmartNotes software, which is used by over 400 customers. Philipp has many years of experience in software development and has been working on disclosure management and XBRL for over 15 years. His main area of expertise is the last mile of reporting, including the data connection of upstream systems, "print-ready" design based on Microsoft Word and XBRL integration.

Philipp Schmid has been working as a consultant in the CFO Advisory department at RSM Ebner Stolz Management Consultants in Stuttgart since 2020. He started this position after successfully completing his master's degree at the University of Stuttgart, specializing in finance, controlling and computer science. In his role as project manager, he is responsible for projects relating to the preparation of consolidated financial statements, financial integration and BI dashboarding. Pia Puth is a chartered accountant and tax consultant with a career spanning 18 years. Her expertise lies in particular in the digitalisation of tax and accounting-related processes, with a focus on tax accounting, IFRS accounting, data analytics and artificial intelligence. Her work focuses on advising on the optimisation and digitalisation of tax and accounting processes for national and international companies. Roland Sabov joined KPMG in November 2020. He specializes in preparing and implementing restructuring concepts, rolling liquidity planning and integrated financial planning models. During his time at KPMG, Roland has worked on several LucaNet implementation projects and consistently uses LucaNet in restructuring concepts. He is also responsible for the operational introduction and implementation of data analytics solutions within the T&R department.

Hi, my name is Roneil and I have been working as a Consultant with LucaNet in the UK since November 2022. Prior to working at LucaNet I worked on the other side of the table in several Commercial Finance functions whilst studying towards gaining my ACCA qualification. All of this has given me a good platform to understanding the Finance function and also allowing me to apply my people skills in a Consulting environment.

Sabine Kusch has been advising companies and groups on the digitalization and optimization of their tax function for 17 years. Her focus is on the implementation of income tax tools such as: Tax Accounting/ Pillar 2 solutions, the implementation of tax control systems (Tax CMS) and advice in connection with planned IPOs.

Sebastian Dräger has been Head of Group Accounting at Sanoptis GmbH in Berlin since 2020, where he manages Group Accounting as well as Group Finance Systems.

Prior to Sanoptis, he held several management positions in France and Germany in the areas of internal audit, controlling and accounting. Through his long career, he is at home in the rail logistics, civil engineering, 3D printing, telecommunications and ophthalmology industries.

Stefan Hofmann completed his doctorate in biosensor technology at Siemens in Erlangen in 2015. From 2016 to 2018, he worked as a consultant at a consulting firm for technology, innovation and intellectual property, before becoming Director Competitive Intelligence from 2019 to 2023. He has been a Senior Manager at MOORE TK since 2023. His focus is on the management, coordination and implementation of business intelligence projects, data analysis and the optimization of digital processes.

Stefan has experience in the management and development of internal IT landscape, ERP system and software solutions. He also brings many years of experience of IT consulting in outsourcing and managing projects - especially the development of data-based solutions. As an CPM professional, Stefan has gained implementation experience as a project manager in many different projects from mid-sized to various international projects.

Sven Uhl joined KPMG Deal Advisory in 2019. He specializes in the preparation of restructuring concepts, liquidity planning and buy- and sell-side transactions. During his time at KPMG, Sven has worked on several LucaNet-based restructuring projects. He holds an M.Sc. in Management and Technology from the TU Munich, majoring in Finance and Mechanical Engineering. Within T&R, Sven is involved in the development of LucaNet tools and infrastructure as member of the department‘s competence team.

Tassilo has been working as a consultant with a main focus on CFO Advisory and Financial Services at RSM Ebner Stolz Management Consultants in Cologne since 2020. After completing his master's degree at the NOVA School of Business and Economics in Portugal, he worked from 2018 - 2020 as a Project Management Specialist with a primary focus on Finance & Accounting in a German medium-sized company. In his role as project manager at RSM Ebner Stolz, he is responsible for projects related to record-to-report, consolidated financial statements and disclosure management.

Telman has been providing consulting services in the area of German public transportation for several years. His expertise extends to supporting year-end audits and advanced data analysis using Power Tools such as Power Query and Power Pivot. In addition to his proficiency in data analysis, Telman specializes in consulting for digital transformation initiatives. He also offers comprehensive support with the implementation of consolidation software like LucaNet, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced financial reporting capabilities.

Thomas Bieder studied business administration in Osnabrück and Gothenburg and has 25 years of professional experience with large auditing and consulting firms. His professional focus is on tax compliance management system consulting. Thomas Bieder is a certified tax consultant and has been working in the field of tax sustainability reporting for more than 4 years. At WTS, Thomas Bieder is Head of Tax Transparency Reporting.

Thomas is a Senior Manager in the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services team at PwC in Frankfurt. He has more than 10 years of expertise in accounting under IFRS and German GAAP. During this time he has been part of projects related to GAAP conversions and has gained experience in several implementation projects in regards to consolidation and reporting software such as LucaNet. In these projects he accompanied the clients with the implementation of consolidation as well as internal reporting procedures and group financial statements. Thomas has furthermore been part of projects connected to newly introduced IFRS standards such as IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 in which he prepared use cases and business requirement documentation for the implementation of the standards into the existing IT infrastructure. Additionally he has knowledge in regards to the optimization of internal accounting processes.

Tobias Laube has been a consultant at RSM Ebner Stolz Management Consultants in Stuttgart since 2008 and a partner since 2022. After studying administrative science in Constance and Guelph (Canada), he worked as an M&A consultant in a medium-sized management consultancy from 2004 to 2008. RSM Ebner Stolz is a multidisciplinary auditing and consulting firm with over 2,400 employees throughout Germany. 

Verena is a Director in the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services team at PwC in Frankfurt. She has 8 years of experience in Accounting Advisory Services and 8 years of audit experience. Verena has been involved in the consolidation and (stakeholder) reporting process for many years, especially for medium-sized companies, and has many years of experience in accounting conversion projects and the preparation of consolidated and annual financial statements. She is responsible for the LucaNet business at PwC.
